Help - any Ideas for a 12 year old girls birthday

Have to organise my sisters 12th birthday next week at the parents place - she has 10 - 15 other girls from the school coming. I was going to make it a sort of pamper party?
Any ideas?

I have a soon to be 12 year old girl myself.
I would suggest:

Lots of food(pizza, cakes, burgers, etc.)
Loud music that they like
For Pampering:
-Maybe facial masks, make up, manicure and pedicure supplies, and hair accessories and let them go to work on each other. You could include some fashion magazines so they could have ideas of what they want for their make up & hair.

Forgot to add - there's some spray on hair color in crazy vibrant colors that washes out in 1 shampoo. You can get it at just about any pharmacy or Walgreens etc. My daughter's friends love to use it. You might include that.
