Help with CANCER male

I am new to birth charts and wanted some insight on what they mean for me and my crush. I am a SAG female with moon in Taurus, mercury in SAG, Venus in Scorpio, mars in Virgo, Jupiter in SAG, Saturn in Pisces, Uranus in Cap, Neptune in Cap, Pluto in Scorpio, lilt Taurus, ascendance in Scorpio. He is a CANCER male with moon in Aquarius, mercury in cancer, Venus in Leo, mars in Taurus, Jupiter in Scorpio, Saturn in Pisces, Uranus in CAP, Neptune in CAP, Pluto in Scorpio, lilth in Taurus, ascendance in Scorpio. I noticed when have similar things towards the bottom of the chart.
I know fire and water are complete opposites but work when they seek to understand each other and respect differences. Is there any hope for this match or am I just wasting my time with this guy? I know he is kinda shy, indirect and afraid to get hurt but I know for a fact that he likes me as other unbiased people have told me but he doesn't make too many moves. They (co-workers) feel like I should go after him and let him know that I like him, which I do with actions and not words, but I dont want him to feel like im chasing him and he doesn't have to work for me. Ive been trying to give him space and let him come to me which is taking forever considering how fast paced and impatient I am. Our friendship is still new (3 or 4 months). He is a confusing guy and I dont know what to do. Can someone please provide me some insight on this relationship. I like him and I want whatever we have to grow into something more. Thank you.

OP u should make some comments about liking him or something. I get u want to be "worked" for & we learn all men need the chase but he isn't going to risk looking foolish & it can take some can men years to make a move. I wouldn't come on strong bc all crabs scare easily but u can't wait forever.

I don't understand this. I think Mutable is even stronger then the other modes because Mutable signs have room to grow and continuously grow. They are adaptable and open-minded to new opportunities, new concepts.

Can anyone interpret my chart and possibly explain why me, a Pisces with many water placements, keeps attracting fire signs (mainly sag) and air signs (Mainly Gemini and Aquarius). I need a water sign in my life ?

I analysed a year at random, l got 196 days where the Sun and Mercury were the same sign, and 169 days where they were in different signs.
That's about 54% same sign, 46% different sign. :) it's what l had estimated roughly, if l'd had to guess....so, th
