You Aussies have a special browser?
Your browser must've updated itself recently. Almost all the new updates have a security feature to stop people wasting time on social networks like facebook. To bypass it, you have to rub your nipples, clockwise, for 5 seconds and then stare with your right eye on the camera. If you don't have a camera, then, don't worry. The screen would've detected that you fulfilled the first part and will upload your gifs.
