I am going to give the benefit of the doubt & take this question seriously. It might be your thread title, as well as your username & general manner (comments about the Cancer's gf etc) that are off-putting to people. Plus most people find the idea of poaching someone who is already in a relationship abhorrent because they wouldn't want someone to try that on their SO. But I think if your partner can be "stolen" from you, then it wasn't really meant to be. And I know how powerful love is when you feel meant to be with someone. I think I can have some insight as a Cancer in love with a Scorpio & the best friend of a Scorpio who is in a happy long-term relationship with a Cancer man who was dating a Taurus when my friend & he met (she did not blatantly "steal" him though - see below).
Some questions. What makes you feel he is your soulmate? Do you think he feels the same way? Do you think he is truly unhappy in his relationship? If you are soulmates do you really NEED to be with him right away, or can you wait for a better time? Is it maybe a selfish desire for instant gratification & thinking that you will only be happy if you have him? (Not judging, that's very normal, just being analytical). Maybe it is not the right time & the reason he is unavailable is because you also need to do some work on yourself or make some change in your life before you can BOTH be ready for a happy & healthy relationship with each other. This is what I like to think at least, that sometimes we meet people at the wrong time & that the obstacles are just there to force us to do what's needed to make the right time happen. Or maybe the purpose of some "soulmates" is to teach us something & they're not necessarily someone we are meant to date/be in a relationship with. If he is so great & worth it, then try focusing on making yourself the kind of woman someone like him would love & want to be with. I think a Cancer or any good man really would be drawn to a woman who is happy with herself & her life, so those are good goals to start with. I think the best course of action is to proceed subtly & hope that the Cancer makes his own decision to end his relationship. Forcing it or getting into an affair before they break up may backfire & could lead to something happening that doesn't last where all 3 of you get hurt & the chances of you & he having a life happy together are ruined.
