I think it is necessary for you to show him you are of greater value (emotional support, patience, fun to be with, understanding, caring..) than the other girl, without pushing it (don't try to hard!!!). He might appreciate you being honest, but it might just scare him off a bit too.. (not sure) If he's really interested he'll keep coming back. Let him make the choice, that's very important! Don't ever tell anything bad about his girlfriend, remember she's just a girl too and maybe she does love him with all of her heart! I found virgos to be very loyal and devoted and sometimes they make a choice and they find it important to stick with it even though they know deep down that he/she isn't the right one..
