Peeps with Venus in Cancer...

If you had strong feelings for someone but nothing happened over the years yet stayed in touch...would you still have those feelings but maybe they are buried? Or would you just move on until that person told you their feelings and then would those buried feelings come back? Basically, once you have those feelings for someone and they never did anything to hurt you would you still have those feelings for them after so long?

Unless you want to get to know this person very well. And wow, if this person doesn't hurt you.. something tells it that it feels safe to be with him.

Thanks for the reply 🙂 I'm talking about a guy though, not myself...he has Cancer Venus and says "there was a time He had feelings for me but nothing happened" so I was just wondering if u think he may still have them since he's sentimental/sensitive and has that placement plus Cancer Mercury.

Well maybe when you find the right person they eclipse those bad feelings and that helps make the pain go away?

I see you also have Cancer Mercury (& sun), so perhaps you have treat him really well.

I also see quite more fiery person with airy venus. But if he also has that same, that won't be a problem too. Unless it's one of them that will be conjunction.

Yeah my last ex had Gemini Venus but also Mercury so he was a bit insensitive. I like the softness of Cancer Venus and Mercury. but he has sag moon and so do I and both have gem mars so I guess we have similar energies? I dunno lol

If so, depending on the level of his feelings for you and if it never moved to anything more than friends, the feelings will be there.

Now, I have people I felt deep intense love for and he hurt me soo bad that I would never share anything EVER again with him. It's extremely hard for me to move on, I mean HARD and painful. There is someone that I connected with very deeply and it didn't get past a friendship due to other circumstances. I'm forcing myself to let go.

It's like this for me, I will feel like I left my heart with another person, unless, I can unite and give my love and affection to this man. I hope that makes sense.. With a Venus in Cancer, it's really about how deeply we love you. If we don't let you all the way in, then we can shut the person out and keep them out.

My ex Libra hurt me so deeply and I relive it constantly, he knows it and it hurts him b/c he can't do anything about it. The wound heals but gets ripped open easily after someone has caused you so much pain.

LOL So just don't ever hurt a Venus in Cancer to the core. 🙂

If I had feelings for someone, I will always have those feelings. But at a different intensity.

Love for me is proactive so if time passes and nothing ever happened, the feelings will be passive. As in, I could still hold a torch for you in some degree but without any incentive to actually be together with you.

It's like embers.

Thanks Damnata 🙂 Hmm interesting...so could those feeling come back? What would the person have to do for them to come back and would it take long? like years or could be instant once you see them?

It would all start back at Stage 1, Act 1 for me.

Like we never met before.

Building up from there or tearing it down to hell.

On one hand, timing matters way more than people believe. A lot of factors might come into play so I am willing to give a fair chance if it was a problem of timing/other stuff.

However if it wasn't..and that person was blind all these years to my affection/love..I also believe in this:

Idk if I'm making sense..it's on a case by case scenario for me. There is a tipping point where those embers I harbor become cold..no amount of trying to fan them will bring them back to life.
