problem getting a long with people

Hey to all. I am cancer/ gemini cusp.
I alway have issue with others . On my job I have a sag,aries ,3 scorps,tarus,aleo,a cap,libra,and afew aquas. All these people I work near or see them act apoint act work. The taurus ,cap,and aqua I dnt really have any issues with but I don't see them like that.

How I am ? I m very quiet. When see me I would speak and that's it then I'm back to my work. There was several situation where I seen thru these people example
Sag talks about everyboby,she even talks about people that she calls her best friend,I actually seen her talk about someone then when the person get around she pretend like sht didn't happen . In pass I felt like she did the same to me.
Leo. Who hangs with sag. She have a habit of saying sht under her breath then when u ask her what up she looks act u crasy.
Aries. Just met her I never had conversation with her. And out the blue scorp comes to me and say when she ack aries was I m cool aries told her no cause I dnt talk to people, also I caught three different people talking to aries about me ,one gemini guy was telling aries about my boyfriend cause he another race. One guy I overheard him telling aries female that he think I don't like him.which I don't because in a middle of a conversation we had I laugh act a joke that someone made and he laugh and said to me to shut the fuck up in a playing way. I had to tell him don't u ever playing or not say to me to shut the f up. That scorp didn't like that.
Libra on the job I was tight with her until I realize she one way. She always come to me with her issues act work and I would listen to her and give her advice. When I was going thru something act home she want there for. And I notice that she would always turn things around to make it about her, for the year I new her I was around to here her car issues , her son problem. about bills she couldn't pay,about job problems , when she was going to lose her house, and about guys she dated, when I was going thru my issue she wasn't there for me so I left her alone.
Another leo on the job seen me wear some of my jewelry and was asking me about it ,when she found out that I made jewelry she ask me to make her some pieaces but she was going to try to get over on me with the prices. I had to explain to her that the material was going to cost me way more then what she was going to give to make her items. The situation frustrated so bad that I told her it was best that I don't make her nothing.

Okay. I hear ya. I see through people at work too. HOWEVER, you do have to play office politics. Make them think you like them. I getting the feeling they know you don't like them. Get along, play nice at work. You don't have to be friends after hours. But you do have to have a work relationship. You don't have to trust them, just get along. I'm a Cap, so work is IMPORTANT to me. I'm not saying bend your morals, or kiss ass, but let them think you like them. Don't be fake, remember, there is always something positive to focus on. Like -- they type fast, or always make customers happy... Let the other stuff go, just don't forget how they are and don't trust. Might not be the best advice. I'm sure I'll get reamed for it, but, you gotta learn office politics. Who knows, they might be your supervisor one day. Spoken from a true capricorn and you know how work oriented we are! lol!

Continue...... this is my third time trying to continue my post ,I guess something wronge with phone, an??way the leo kept on changing the prices and adding items after we agree on a set prices. I felt like she was trying to bullshit me. I just told her that I m not making any items for her. Also the sag. Did the samething on another situation she ask me to put some music on her ipod she wront alist of music and on my time I did so the day ,she had a new list and asking me to put music on her mother I pod, I did it again she had the nerve to ask me to now do her sister hell no. I told her no,I felt like she was going to far.

I just have these boundaries. And level of respect ,I think others should have. Also I can see thru people ez

Do other cancer go thru this? Cancer can u see thru others ez? Do u have problems getting along with people?

o ok I understand where u coming from ,I try these things with these people it doesn't work. Recently they manage to put me in a drama with lies. Like I said I'm very quiet I speak and say hi and bye which I see now that I'm have to keep it that way.almost evryboby on job is 30 on up.and I never Seen childish behave like this But I do see wher u come from .

Yes. Most people are transparent.

If you are looking for honest people, you may only come into contact with a handful in a lifetime.

Highly unlikely you'll find it in a work environment because of the competition.

The trick is never to let them know you're on to them though.

sooo true it sad that people ar dishonest like that or being sneaky. U right u only would probably meet a hand full of real people
