Crabs can be shy at times, he probably not sure if you like him in that manner and fears the rejection..He also might not want thinks to get ackward between you too if you make a move and you reject him...Remember you're his work buddy also. Just ask the man out for lunch or something.

Yea crabs are shy until they feel like they can be open around you with no judgment or fear or issues. I wouldn't ask him out because he's a man. Just ask him I notice when you talk to me you say this and look like this. Are you fond of me? He will melt and hopefully come on with it.

Cancer will open up even more and you will find out the answer to that mystery but there will be plenty more mysteries. Can are mysteries just by being who they are.

I think he probably likes you or he wouldn't be spending time with you and sharing personal stories. I think he hasn't tried to court you because you work for the same company. These kinds of relationships are always a risk and Cancer men can be quite traditional. You can bust the move if you want to and ask him out but I'm a traditional Cancer female and think a man should make the first move and do the courting. Men chase after what they want. If he wanted you badly enough, work or no work, he'd ask you out. Then again, a lot of those situations are really based in fantasy.
