Stop the Cling

Has anyone figured out a way to stop the cling instinct we seem to have? Maybe a distraction, rubberband on the wrist...Something! My hunny's a Virgo, and he needs lots of "Me time" by nature, but all I want to do is touch and love him. ALL THE TIME!

I can't tell when I have a mood. If I pick up on the fact that I feel low, I usually try to suppress it by rationalizing that it's no everyone's fault that I feel crabby.

i kinda like the cling... to an extent. i am super affectionate and lovey-dovey. my cancer man eats it up and serves it right back to me most of the time. i'm a leo and physical touch is important to my well-being. it seems to be a common trait between the 2 signs. we love to be around each other constantly. we feel secure in having the other in close proximity. however, we will do our own thing while being in the same room/house. to us this counts as spending some time apart because we're absorbed in our own heads. or, when we're out with friends, we'll often spend most of the time talking and mingling with others while keeping each other in view. even then we'll touch base and he'll want me to sit next to him or something.

anyway, some people appreciate it so don't sweat it.

I also dated a Leo actually two. One relationship lasted 10 years. He was so attentive and loving. I thought he could do no wrong man. He loved to touch me, be around me, hold me. Geez what a great lover he was. Took his time, it was amazing.

The other one was beautiful! That's all I can say. That man was gorgeous! He on the other hand was not very romantic. He wanted to pounce. There was no foreplay, no pretending he didn't want you. He attacked and then fell into a deep coma-like state of slumber lol! So funny.

You crabs have your pincers, gotta do something with em. 😛 Weird, my virgo prefers to spend every waking moment with me. Have you tried talking to him about it?

Okay this is what's weird. Sometimes I like it when he withdraws. I feel like that is the time I can cater to myself since it is my instinct to care for him all the time.

The problem is that it takes my brain awhile to figure out that it's not personal. When I finally get it and begin to enjoy the space. He's ready to have his head rubbed again.

I gotta get it together...

When i'm away from my hunny, I have all these irrational worries. H*ll right now i'm making sure he's breathing correctly while sleeping... That might be the nurse in me. I just don't know what i'd do if something were to happen to my Virguy. She can't let you wonder, she has to make sure you're okay...at all times. *smile*

Now if I could get him to stop with the bad boy act. Things would be perfect

I say use your clinging energy on something/someone else. Don't try to supress it, or else you'll cling even more.

lol A non-clingy Virgo? Ha.

Here are some tips from Gem:

Put away your Cancer, channel your Gem (if you have any in your chart); if not, here are some pointers:

Do not be available to him all the time; do not put his needs before your own all the time; get some male friends and watch him go into cling mode STAT.

Virgo man interprets love as need. You have to show him you don't need him, to see the cling come out. Right no bw he's taking your Cancer devotion for granted; show him he can't and you'll see a change. It's a cycle with them though because they're moody but so are you, so you'll get it.

Thanks! Venus and Jupiter are in Gemini for me. Maybe i'll try to do that. It's hard. I miss him so when we're apart. He's so mean. lol! I love it. I guess I never stopped to think him being mean was a signal that he wanted away. I just though it was his nature. Oh well, radio silence it is....lmao!
