Tell me Your experience with an AQUA

You talking about friendship or relationships? Umm my best friend of 8yrs is an aquarius. My 1st gf was an aquarius lol. It was horror how it ended. I try not to think about her too much, because she cheated on me with 3 guys. & it was long distance relationship. Which is the worst idea for any Cancer. But i was 19, & i didn't care about the distance too much.

@Ssasy Yes my aqua best friend disappears sometimes too lol. I had to end a friendship with my other aquarius best friend last week because he went distant on me for weeks without saying anything. Then he calls outta blue like nothing happened. So yeah i had to get rid of him. Idk why i attract people with air placements or distant type partners. I think it's because of aquarius in 7th house

I try not to think about the bad stuff like that, but it does hurt. Then i see these women on complain about how distant their crab is. I don't think those crabs are typical of the sign or maybe they just don't give a Fuq lol. I'm very much like the description off a Cancer man, but i don't disappear

@Ssasy By the way my 8yrs aquarius friend is a dude, but he isn't too bad ya know. You may be right about just keeping the aquarius women as friends. But i'm sure not all of them aren't bad.

Briefly had a little thing with an Aqua when I was 16. He cheated, I dumped him for an Aries.

It was short, hot, and interestingly enough, she got a little clingy.
But we were both rather young and went our separate ways, amicably.
Worked with Aqua males. Decent working relationships, although they definitely would go off on their little tangents, almost like Pisces.

My Aries memory was a total disaster!

Well, there is one aqua I work with that I would almost describe as pig headed.

Says a lot: you should do this or that, without realizing I'm 50 steps ahead.

And talk about trying to have something sink in...its like dealing with "Rainman"

I haven't had great experiences with Aquas but then again I've known so few of them. A close friend who I really went out of my way for, betrayed me badly and was sanctimonious at the same time. I really can't stand that woman now and there aren't many people I feel that way about. In terms of being Aqua, well she was very politically plugged in and had that humanitarian vibe going on. But she was also a straight up opportunist and user but of course saw herself as 'mother earth.' What. A. Load. Glad she's long gone.

Then I went on 1 date with an Artist Aqua. Loved his work. Had a great conversation but he was looking to "hit it and quit it" and was pretty open about that. He was honest with me so I have no cause to complain. Just not my bag. He was super duper independent to the point he said he never thought he'd even live with a woman again, let alone marry, which he never has. Again, points for honesty but that kind of thing isn't my trip. At all.

So, not many Aquas in my world & not so great the ones I did get to know. But I wouldn't lambast the whole zodiac sign over 2 people. I need to get at least 1 more on board before I go nuclear! 🙂

i think, if seen from the outside, it is fun observing how i try hard to avoid cracking eggshells and how he tries to get me drawned in his watery depths...

it's a learning process...i have no idea what the development of this will be....but i won't give up easily and he doesn't seem to either.

imagine a dialogue between a sweet lunatic speaking about his visions and dreams and a lovely scientist trying to figure out how the interior mechanisms of this "cancer device" works...

i think we are sooooooooo sweet and strange....

You Aquas are sweet and strange....VERY strange and a bit COLD as well.
I will never understand the weird moments of dissapearing! and coming back like nothing happened...
I think cancer/aqua has a deep connection at times. But then again Aquarians arent attatched to anyone at least I dont believe so.

Yes, I can appreciate how hard it can be for an Aqua to handle a "Cancer's depth." But, really, mean? Meanest woman I ever met was an Aqua. And she managed to be mean and not give a shit about the feelings of others. I'm sure you're not that woman. Just saying, Cancers have no lock down on the mean department.

where are you meeting these aquas? my husband has never called me cold ever and that man is the most honest man i've known. And none of my family has ever said that about me, ever. the most they'll say is that i am in my own world alot and very anti-social, dont like crowds and more of a homebody. if i didn't have responsibilities, i wouldnt ever leave my home. Hermit-mode.

It all depends on who they are, what our relationship is and what is the extent of the hurt. I'm pretty good at rising above the petty shit. But someone really hurts me and I will likely verbally call them out on it and if I feel it's really bad, I'll walk and not look back. But I'm definitely not the one to suffer in silence, which sometimes isn't a good thing. Sometimes we all mistake an innocent or even critical comment for being an affront. If we don't act out on impulse then we give it time for the details to emerge. The problem with Cancers is our moods. If we're feeling down, we might over-react and do something stupid.

@CluelessCancer Yes i did get rid of him. I got tired of the disappearing acts. Especially since i was always there for him when he was going through his rough spots. I accepted his friendship a second time, because i actually cared. What does he do, goes distant again. There's only so much a person can take. I don't play that distant crap. If i do put up with it, i must really care about you lol

Now i'm not here to bash all aquarius people. I actually like them 🙂. It's just a few rotten eggs in the basket lol. Just like there is in the other signs. Maturity is a huge factor in all this. I just can't stand the cold/detached types you know. I like a lil closeness in my relationships

Well My aqua is very opinionated and judgemental at times about what others do but NEVER sees her faults or will justify what she has done compared to someone elses actions.

of course. You're doing the same thing by talking about her, so therefore judging and forming an opinion. However negative or positive or in between you are indeed making an observation about her, from your perspective,therefore judging. I'm sure if she were here, she would do the same.

My brother is an aqua. He can be a real turd sandwich sometimes.

Well thats not a real friend if they gotta disappear on you after all you done for them. That's a slap in the face to me. I wouldn't do that to my friends. You say what you like about Cancers. But to leave someone hanging like that is wrong. I won't beg anyone to talk to me. Anyways, im not here to start an argument. Don't expect to keep good people in your life, if you treat them like they mean nothing. That's all imma say about this topic

Hi blackindian welcome back. I understand that you may have needs that you'd like to be met from friends but there will come a time in your life when you just have to accept people for who they are. Maybe an Aqua can't give you the full attentiveness that you crave in friendship... but that's because it is not in their nature to be like that.

That's like someone dropping you as a friend because you can't give them the criticism of a Virgo, know what I mean?

An Aqua friend can give you flashes of brilliance, insight into detached emotion and an interesting spin on a worldly view. These types of things are just as valuable and if your friend offered you some of his/her strengths.... while you offered your Cancerian strengths... you are throwing away a friendship for selfish reasons. If he/she didn't do anything to personally hurt you, and not just you sensitivities or ego you should maybe rethink your decision in cutting off the friendship.

Acceptance and appreciation of those that are different can be on of the best educators of life.

Yes i have, we usually just play the game online sometimes. But he usually would call me. I tried calling one time i missed one of his messages. He didn't contact me for awhile. BUT, he do be online playing a game i don't have. Anyways i just got tired of all that drama. Im not finna beg him to talk to me. I really don't wanna talk about it anymore ok. Real friends don't disappear like that. So lets drop this ok

Point is this, that wasn't the ideal friendship for me anymore. I tried to be patient but it was just too much. It's better i end it in a mature way, which i did.

i agree with you. i dont like that behaviour either. if he's sick/ill then he could tell you,or something terrible in the family happen ect. Don't worry, not all of these people who are born in those months are like that. if my cancer bff needs me, i'm always there for her. to be honest, there's only a couple people who she can confide in personally and needs full attention, and one of them is me, and her husband. Before marrying her husband, it was me. Honestly -- it's because i can keep secrets and she can keep mine, and there's no judgement. I may judge other people cause i dont like them or know them, or something is up....but when it comes to my close buds...the judgements seem to fade away...it's because i know them deep down and i guess that's called love in alot of ways.

I have seen these relationships as an outsider and it usually seemed to consist of lots of breakups and strife...followed by months of tension filled bliss. Until, the Aqua gets bored with the Cancer. Then, the Cancer creates a drama to get the Aqua to pay attention to them. Rinse. Repeat.
Of course if both parties thrive on this type of thing then, it can totally work. It may not be the healthiest relationship in the world but, hey if they are happy with it. Who am I too judge?

if she's a homebody and LOVES security, nurturing and loving ect. then it's a beautiful relationship.
