What type of relationship do you have with your boss? Is it a close one? Don't go to pricey and don't go too cheap, both ways can be insulting. And beware of giving your boss gifts just to show you care, it can be mistaken for attempting to ass kiss or be manipulative and blow up in your face.

If your boss is a male, a nice journal and a nice pen, a nice oversized mug, something to make his job life more easier (like a iPad stand or a cushion for his chair or a book of some sort), tickets to a concert (if a music lover), or something like this.

If your boss if a female, a nice journal with a nice pen, a personalized oversized mug, a small tennis bracelet or studs from Tiffany's, or a bottle of fine wine or something.
