Man, talk about a bad Crabby!!!
Check this out:
"In a blistering hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan's probation, had her cuffed and set a hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year-and-a-half in jail.
Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women's Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation.
The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report -- the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn't find the Women's Center "fulfilling."
TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay got kicked out of the Women's Center after being a no-show 9 times.
The Judge also doubted Lindsay attended sessions with her shrink once a week, as the Judge required.
The judge dismissed Shawn Holley's argument that Lindsay had to go abroad to work -- where she was seen partying on several occasions -- and that's why she missed a number of community service appointments, saying, "She's supposed to be an actress, from what I hear."

Does this mean that Lindsay is going to become a caged crab?
lol@ the pic!! Poor girl, I saw pics of what looked like she was....lets just say she didn't seem happySad
@ Thomas, yes she is. It's so sad, because the judge gave her so many chances to avoid going to the jail. However, it looks like the only way LiLo is going to learn is the HARD WAY.
@ TF, I doubt her mother would allow her to make a clean exit from Hollywood. I think that her mother used LiLo to get money and fame for herself, which is really sad. Her mother also brought her to those drug/alcohol parties when she was pretty young (15 years old).
@ SE, yes, I agree. Mess of a person, but it's also the environment she is in. She needs to get out of there. What doesn't make any sense to me is how Paris Hilton and the other former "bad girls" seemed to have learned their lesson after some time in the cage. However, LiLo seems to not learn since she keeps getting into trouble with the police, judges and lawyers.
@ Pech, yep, sometimes people do really extreme things to get attention. Is LiLo doing this bad behavior for other reasons as well? I mean, who walks away from working at community service knowing full well that she could have ended up in the jail instead. Only difference being that the judge had mercy on her the most recent time, and put her in community service instead of a crab cage.
Just my humble opinion...
Also, you are right Ice Robot. She doesn't seem happy at all these days.
89.5 percent of people in this non-scientific poll believe that LiLo should indeed spend some more time in the crab cage.
Poll and voting options are available at the bottom of the web page:

Uh oh, LiLo just got 30 days in the Crab Cage.
Wonder how she will respond to this?
Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 30 days in county jail after admitting that she violated her probation by not keeping up with court-mandated community service.
Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the actress for violating the terms of her release by being terminated from a community service assignment at a women's shelter.
The actress acknowledged she violated her probation.
If she completes a series of additional court-ordered community service and psychotherapy, she can avoid serving an additional 270 days.
The actress' sentence will be shortened due to jail overcrowding.
If she fails to comply with the new court orders, she would have to serve the remainder of her sentence.
Lohan must surrender by November 9. She is not available for house arrest or early release.
The judge also ordered Lohan to continue undergoing counseling sessions and kept the actress on a short leash. The judge told Lohan she must report back to court in December, January, February and March for updates.
Lohan will also get a new probation officer that Sautner said she has ordered to report any violations directly to the court. If Lohan fails to comply with the new sentence, Sautner said she would immediately send the starlet to jail for the remaining 270 days of her sentence.
It will Lohan's fifth jail sentence since being arrested twice for drunken driving in 2007. The 25-year-old last served 35 days on house arrest on a four month jail sentence.
Sautner revoked Lohan's probation at a hearing nearly two weeks ago.
The judge had asked prosecutors to calculate how long of a jail term the actress would have to serve if she is formally found in violation of her probation for misdemeanor drunken driving and theft cases.
Sautner, who is the fifth judge that Lohan has faced since her first arrest in 2007, has expressed exasperation with the actress and California's budget-strapped jail system.
The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office advocated jail time for the actress, however spokesman Frank Mateljan declined to provide further details.

I still like her
Cool.
The judge might let you visit her while she is at the jail?
Here's to the tiny shred of hope that Lindsay doesn't end up like MJ!
Lilo got out of her crab cage in like 4 hours. Sounds like she won't ever learn her lessons.
Talk about a "Don't tell me what to do!" type of attitude!!!
