Cancer man says he wants to see me but will not commit to a time or place. We've had an on again off again relationship. This seems like his way of stringing me along so he doesn't have to detach, which Cancers seem to detest. I'm thinking of giving him the ultimatum to see me or I'm disappearing for good. Thoughts?
