Unsensitive cancer?
Well it could traits from his rising or moon sign..it could also be an upbringing thing. Also, cancers tend to be sensitive about somethings and cold about others. The more personlly attached we feel, the more sensitive to that topic...sometimes unnaturally so. And the more unattached we feel, we could care less.
