Vitamin for Cancer to try....

I've been taking Vit B12. It helps your nervous system. (How you react to things, like stress). It has really helped me. I have more energy. My co-workers are telling me I'm more fun to be around since I don't take everything so personally anymore.

Try it?

Thanks stephcasey20 i may look into that, ive been takin vitamins for about 11 years, i may try B12 too.

A doctor told me that if one pill doesn't seem to do anything, take two a day instead of one. If it hurts your stomach to take two, that means you don't have a deficiency of it. I take two everyday.

stephcasey20 im going to try it, thanks for mentioning this, i tell you what, i should mention this to my older sister, she's a cancer too and takes things very personally, she can be very sensitive to comments at times.
