What's with the tattoos?

Do Crabs also like to have random nonsensical stains on their body? Doesn't seem to be many people who are still clean these days.

I have two. I am getting more soon. Both of my tattoos mean a lot to me. They always remind me what to do and what not to do.

Nowadays, EVERYONE has them.

Some men can pull off a good tattoo if they make use of one or two here and there, but tattoo on a woman??

my cancer friend has one...on his arm. I never pictured him a tattoo kinda person...he says he likes it but I think he was trying to mirror and ex gf personality at the time. She was into all that...he got his tattoo and ears pierced (trying to gauged them out etc), along with his tongue.

I have several tattoos.
I started getting them when I was 15 which was incredibly stupid as I absolutely abhor the one's done then.
Still love the ones done in early 20's. Still able to hide them when I want to. (thankful for that)
My bf is inked and looks hot as fuck though we both dislike and mock the hipster trend of over-doing it with a bunch of completely meaningless birds and poetry crap.

Why do you have to hide them?

No tattoos for now but will get in the future...our body is a work of art. I like daniel agger tattoos the way his whole body has been done...vikings and all.

Better to portray your loyalty to anything by a tattooo. 🙂

I feel like I'm mainly a Cancer (or Lunarian type) because of my Sun, Moon and Mars all in Cancer. I have 5 tattoos and I do plan on getting at the very least two more. I have 5 body piercings as well besides the 3 holes that are in each lobe. I have a few pics of my tats and piercings on my profile if you care to look. I don't see it as nonsensical stains or markings because each of them mean something to me; it's not just aesthetically pleasing. It goes deeper than that; culturally and spiritually. I'll admit I like the sting of the needles (and I used to have a phobia of needles), it feels pleasurable at times.

This may be my moon in the 9th house speaking but I feel more connected to the world because of it; I didn't put anything on my body without researching it and making sure I'm not appropriating the people that it comes from. Tattoos and piercings are nothing new. We all know that. It could possibly be a generational thing that they are more out in the open. My generation is Pluto in Scorpio and I see a lot of taboo subjects (at least what is considered taboo) coming into the limelight. I know 3 other Cancerians that have at least a tat and/or a piercing that are from Pluto in Libra and Pluto in Scorpio generations.

One might also want to look in the aspects to see if there are indicators for body art/modification. Or if there are indicators for disliking it. Or if one's chart is dominantly Mars/Plutonian...or even Saturnalian. Anything can be factors on a person's choice to mark their body.

I will say that most don't know about my tats or piercings (not even the two in my mouth), but that's only because I have them in places that I want to have them in. I don't like the trend of people getting tats/piercings just so they can look cool or tough, it should mean more than that. Oh and if you want something nice; research and shell out the money for it. 🙂

I was on the verge of getting submerged in ink but then cooler heads prevailed. I'm glad I didn't. It used to be a tough guy thing kinda like tribal scarification but now it's been over run my douchey soft dudes and hipsters. I was appalled to find out that people use numbing cream or pop a bunch of pills to get tattoos.

Im not getting a tattoo, sorry. I don't mind if my friends have them, but actually they dont lol. But im not gon mess up my body like that. It wont look to good when i get my 50s lol. So nah, not for me. Tattoos are not a big deal to me. As long as its not overboard. A persons personality matters more to me then a tattoo
