Why do I attract these kinds of guys?

So I did a natal chart I'm a Cancer sun/Pisces moon with a Libra rising sign and I keep attracting air signs and fire signs but never earth and water signs.... why is this? I have a Venus in Gemini if that helps.... I'm also confused to if my natal chart is correct at times. Thanks!
