I became reacquainted with a cancer man a few months ago and there was an instant connection. We went out once and the connection was electric. I'm a scorpio BTW. At the end of the night he asked for a hug and we had a peck. Since then he has been a cancer mood due to a work situation. Now he has moved away and I'm going to visit soon. I'm dying to kiss him, etc. But don't know if he will run scared if I take the initiative and kiss him. Should I? Or should I wait on him?
