What's your preferred source for exercise? I've read cancers should go for water aerobics. I've never tried it but signing up next month.
Had lots of success with Belly dance. The music keeps me interested.

I have done belly dancing, yoga, hiking, running, I have a personal trainer right now with a gym membership.
I'm really an outdoorsy type. I like to hike, walk, bike.
I'm not a good swimmer, but I love the water. I wish I could swim really well.

I play basketball at the gym every tuesday & thursday. I also take walks around my school campus every morning. I don't like swimming tho. My little exercise always helps me burn calories & it's fun. I think people should do exercises that are fun. It keeps you motivated to come back to it the next day

Seriously CC? I have a jump rope. I'm pulling that sucker out TONIGHT! Time saver!!!
I'm not big on the hiking. Then again I haven't done it in over a year. Maybe I'll try it again this week to see if my tastes have changed.
Kinda shocked about the lack swimming.

I do numerous things but I love to run, actually shelled out $ 300 for a very nice jogging stroller so I can take the kiddo. Running on the beach and jetties here is my fav.

Lets see, currently not pursuing anything serious. I'm just trying to focus on calming the lupus down without meds. In the past I've done yoga, kickboxing, step aerobics, weights, elliptical, treadmill, hiking, mountain biking, walking, belly dancing, pilates. I'm thinking of getting back into the yoga, pilates and belly dancing because it's not as intense and I can use it as a low key stress reliever with the benefit of toning. I usually love the high intensity stuff like step and kickboxing. I hate running...too much boobage and I have super loose ligaments so my ankles snap. I LOVE to swim. I swear I'd be in the water all day long if I could but I don't live near the ocean or on a lake and don't have a pool and even if I did there's the whole gotta do normal life stuff. When on vacation it's usually on a lake or at the ocean and yes, I'll spend hours swimming. Going over deep parts doesn't bother me. I swear I'm half mermaid the way I love water. lol

Sooo...I found buns of steel video at a resale shop, never opened. Couldn't sleep through the night so I popped it in. I hate Tamilee Webb. I don't care what anyone says, I know she's something. I want to fight that little she-shrimp. She didn't PAUSE! grrrr...
