As A Cappy, Should I Date an Aqua Man —

Yes, I know this is the Capricorn board, I wanted my follow capricorns opinion too -- not many of us venture to the Aqua board.

After have so many issues my Aquarius step-father, I was just thinking ...

Would I be crazy to date or hook-up with an Aqua man —

I've been atracted in the past, but I've always stayed friends with them. There was one that I really liked but he was too "commitmentphobic" for my taste.

I'm just so scare because if I end up with a guy like my step-dad, I will so freaking pack up all my shit and run as fast as I can!

Have any of you had experience with Aquaruis men or Air signs in general —

I'm not saying Aqua men are terrible, but the ones I know and my Step-dad ...

Its hard to do that with Aqua men, in my own experience, they don't listen very well LOL

With aquas you have to let it flow...though not everyone is made for the wait. Patience is key.


If you have no patience...alot of healthy mind fucking and scheming must take place...remember to always make it seem like the aquas decision!

Its true thy dont listen which is why you have to make it "seem" like there making all the decisions.

Cappysweetie, I am a Capricorn and I dated an Aquarius. Last year I ended my 6 year friendship with him. They are very afraid of committment and will prolong a friendship so they won't have to commit.

Anything that resembles a "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" type of union... they will want no parts of. They can be very crass as someone mentioned on the board already, and insulting. They do not like intelligent women and will try to belittle a woman who can hold her own. They like independent women, because she has a life of her own and won't pry into his life, just don't be too smart... they don't like that LOL

Most Aqua men that I know have a crazy sense of humor and can be very funny. This use their humor as a way to charm the women they are attracted to and want to keep in their pool of "friends".

I have another Aqua friend who is married. But I think he married this particular woman because she is afraid of committment also. When he wants to go right.. she turns left and will stay there for a long time. I think he enjoys the freedom she gives him. So it works out well for both of them. They are married and living in different states for the past year. He doesnt want to divorce her. So this is the type of union... that works for them.

My uncle is an Aqua too.. he is married to a Libra (my aunt). They have been married for over 30 years. She gives him a lot of freedom and makes him feel as though she would be just fine without him. So I guess that's why he sticks around. They are in their 80s and very much in love. So it's worth giving a shot.. they just like a lot of freedom and they don't like for their relationships to feel committed.

Well, I'm not the one to smother a guy because I don't like being smothered. I just want the usual thing a woman wants -- to be treated like a person with kindness, respect and love. Oh, and some cuddling too 🙂

Well, I generally give any guy I'm involved with freedom because I LOVE my freedom 😄 I really like doing my own thing and I would prefer if we both did our own thing and then met up at the end of the day 🙂 I also like doing things together with my mate too! I love connecting and bonding 🙂

Keeping in mind aquas' tendencies toward being natural leaders, an aqua man would probably delight in the opportunity to mold you and would probably appreciate your down-to-earthiness.
