being similar ( ignore previous! sorry!)

so me and my capricorn man have been making time to get the relationship moving, n
planned a trip to the countryside next mth...
while things look like they r gng well, pondering:

he thinks we r very similar, in terms of the way we think and our pastimes ( chilling n just being lazy), our workaholism, our choice of food, etc. he also thinks he knows me inside out.

personally I don't even think we r that similar, if u know from the older threads, he is so cold n hard to read.

anyway from
his pt of view, us being so similar, is it something I should worry about, will we possibly get bored of each other overtime?

does a generally cap guy prefer surprises or sth more predictable n routine?

Well, I don't like surprises. I like stable and predictable; no drama and no inconsistency.

I think it's a complement that he thinks yall are alike. You might try pointing out the differences. Like "yes, we are alike like that, but just different enough to keep it interesting. Such as..."

I think he may be saying that you two are harmonious; that you tolerate each others moods and wants.

Its man speak for we complement each other.

My Cap says that all the time with the biggest smile he says "Man I feel like Im talking to myself because were so similar"

It just means we have tons in common and tons to talk about. The things we talk about, ie. our artistic interests/ perspectives, is something we talk to one another exclusively. Its our thing because thats what we have in common and thats special to us.

the thing is, we dont hv tons n tons of things to talk about, like wat u guys r saying... we hv that awkward silence some times ...
maybe the only thing I can say we hv in common is we drink quite a bit n we love it..

Fell comfort in knowing you arent there to entertain like a court jester and neither is he. Be comfortable in your silences not awkward or weird. Sometimes people need the silence you know?

Im sure if you relax and let things come to mind you can discuss them.. Even the things you might think he isnt interested in you have that freedom to express yourself and hey who knows you might teach him something new or vice versa

My Cap lady and I can go hours with out speaking and staying silent with one another. It's quite refreshing actually. Not awkward at all, in my opinion.

how long you've been together? how long it took you to officially get in a relationship w him?

together for three months, took 3 weeks to get tgt... not full fledge official where we blast our status on fb and all, he intro me to his few close friends that's about it.

Maybe the silence isn't awkward for him. I think it's the most wonderful thing when you can sit and silence and things are comfortable. It's just nice to be together and enjoy each other's company and not have to talk.
