Best dinner for a Cap...?

So, I know everyone's different, but I'm curious. I'm cooking dinner for my Cap man tonight. What's your soul food, Caps?

Rigatoni, Fiorentine, with hot sausage and tons of crushed red pepper.

Between my Leo sun and Cap rising, I'm down for a challenge! Especially if the end goal is to put a smile on his face. Keep it coming, you folks are giving me enough ideas to keep him in a happy food coma for a week!

For a man... can't go wrong with steak, mashed potatoes, and veggies accompanied by red mine (maybe Merlot). I would also have a starter salad (arugula?). Finish off with a light dessert like fruits and vanilla yogurt.

Totally agree. Personally I would do steak and a baked potato, because people are particular about the mashed potatoes (some like instant, some like real with no lumps, some like real with lumps, etc).
I would go off of what you know about him though. Once I cooked for a Taurus man, I knew he was watching his weight, so I made him some grilled chicken and veggies.
If your first date was at an Italian restaurant, I might go for pasta.
I made lasagna for the first time I cooked for a Leo, because we had talked about how much he loved lasagna.
For the Cap, I made some kind of baked chicken alfredo.
Oddly enough, I don't remember what the first thing I cooked for the Scorp was. I've cooked him so many dinners at this point. The first meal he cooked for me was Spaghetti and meatballs.
My personal favorite, my soul food, is roasted chicken with mashed potatoes (real, with lumps), and roasted vegetables. This is what I would ask for for my last meal. Winking
Anything really. Depends on the weather and my mood. Usually cold rainy wet days I love chinese hot pot or Italian food. Summer days mexican or Ethiopian food.
I love this thread.
My Cappies fave meal is bow-tie pasta with chorizo sausage and mushrooms... lots of olive oil and fresh chilli... its my simplest recipe but he cant live without it! =)
Otherwise he loves tuna bake too.
Just enjoy your food, and don't forget to keep you happy too, when you enjoy the meal together is the best part for a Cap, it's intimate and friendly - that's the main thing.
