Cap men: Do you want emotion or stability?

In a relationship of course. They usually say Water signs tend to be emotional and very passionate about their love lives, which could help us open ourselves up to them and grant each other stability and the other emotion. Or like with Earth signs, where we could both grant each other stability and love. But I personally believe with Earth signs it would be a pretty long lasting relationship, as long as there is no fights to "who pulls the reigns" in the relationship. But then again Water signs can also be pretty long lasting with Earth signs as well. As long as we pay attention to them and at least have a talk with them about relationships and our business. In other words- regulate them between the relationship and career. I feel with Earth signs they could understand that and would be able to compromise whenever we have to do our jobs. Personally I like Water signs. Especially Scorpio. They seem to understand us so well and our goals. But for me, it is hard for me to tell I like them. If it is a Earth sign, the first woman I'd go to would've been my 9th grade history teacher (Taurus). I saw much in common with her back then and I still do now that I'm older. I still like her and I would do the proper thing and ask her out to dinner sometime, but I don't know if she wants to go past the friend line. So, I'm just staying quiet for now. She is 10 years older than me. Damn, I'm getting off topic aren't I? Anyway, what do you Capricorn guys value in a relationship? Emotion or Stability?

probably not.:p Taurus is better .. We bulls are not cold hearted! We are very caring individuals and romantic at hearts. Depending on what kind of emotions u r talking about.. We don't have mood swings so expect a loving approach everytime.. Affections /food/music and all that.. To me a nice dinner is with a love one on a classy table with candles and soft music in the back ground. That was my valentines with my Virgo man. I made him vegetarian lasagna with candles n love musical! See we have emotions too!

Wow, awesome. You have a point with a loving approach thing. My Aries friend has had a very long lasting relationship with a Leo woman. I think that when two signs of the same element are together, it probably would last a whole lot longer.

If I am serious about someone, I'm in it for the long run. I'm loyal to a fault. Ridiculously compassionate and romantic in ways that will keep you in your toes. I don't shy away from pampering someone I'm in love with. We know how to please (in every way) Winking

Leo's are not cold hearted in anyway shape or form. Actually, I care too much about too many people that I shouldn't. I always put others before myself. You should research a sign before you comment about it.

Possibly. My current bf is a capricorn. I was kind of worried about our differences but so far it's a perfect balance. It's still in the beginning if things but we just "click". He understands things about me that my friends I've had for years don't understand. Hopefully it continues this way, but what we have is completely amazing. Maybe to do with our moon and Venus signs? Idk.

To M: Yeah exactly. That's why the title say between Earth Signs (stability) and Water Signs (Emotion). There's nothing bad about Leo's in general, it's just that you'd have to get use to our behaviors and we'd have to get used to yours. Believe as a Capricorn I generally trust no one at all. Except for my best friends and that is a very small circle. Fire signs are much more Passionate which is- Passionate means having or showing strong feelings of sexual love or of anger, etc. Or having or showing strong feelings of enthusiasm for something or belief in something. Water signs are much more Emotional which is- connected with people's feelings. Or causing people to feel strong emotions, and showing strong emotions, sometimes in a way that other people think is unnecessary. There's no problem with either, it's just that maybe Caps would rather go with a more Emotional individual than passionate. But still M, give it a try and it might just play out for you well. Maybe he loves Passion more than emotion, who knows. But now, can we get back to the topic please?

I never said Leo was cold hearted. I am just recommending a taurus / virgo for a cap if he's looking for a long lasting relationship. Your relationship with your cap works out well which is great, have you looked into you moon chart for the both of you?. You can have 5 different leo.. depending on the moon. My good friend is a leo and pieces moon. She's soft hearted and like to be in the back ground. She's no fire at all so it works well with a cap. You may be a leo with softer moon as well. ?
I know most Leo like the be the centre of attention. Everyone loves LEO which can be a struggle in the long run.
At the end of the day earthy people prefer a routine life style ...someone they come home to and just have a cozy evening together... no party...no drama.....just a cozy home...dogs.....a true peaceful family.
My ex's parents are Taurus and Capricorn. They are still happily married.
She's a great mum and their kids are great.
I personally as an earth sign wouldn't date fire or air. I can see us crashing in many ways regardless of airy placements. I prefer peaceful relationships than exciting romance anytime. Its long lasting and that's what i'm after.

TO be honest, i am tied up between the two.
1) a scorpion who i love dearly. He pretty much left a scar in my heart. He has all sort of emotions. he reached my soul ...and torn it apart. .. we shared what i never shared with any guy before. I will never ever forget what we share. I am not going to lie .....if he ever enters my life again ( he shut me out ) i would give it my all and preparing myself to get burn once again. Its passionate, intense,strong .. its a relationship based on FEELINGS only.. because i love him deeply i have to work around the rest..and having a marriage with him would probably be near impossible... he offers me NO stability whatsoever so to make us work long term...it requires a lot of efforts from both sides..

then we have my ex virgo
2) 3 years relationship of ...understanding, peaceful, playful, great communication, similar mind set ... we are like great friends....if you ask me how deep i love him...i will probably give it a 6... It would never be the same comparing it with a water sign if you get what i'm saying... he's persistent with his action/ words and very helpful.. he would never sting me and our communication are just amazing. If he puts a ring on it i will probably settle as i can see us being great parents and long lasting...Love doesn't conquer all ..its 50/50....
Now if you ask me,
if both guys propose on the same day... I will probably choose the scorpion...and will probably have a roller coaster of a marriage ...but yes i do miss the intensity and the passion... they love you with PASSION... we earthy can't offer that...only water can... so decide it upon yourself Tongue

So I assume you gave the Scorpion a 10 out of 10. That's the deal with Water signs, you just gots to love the passion and emotion they give off. I think I see what you mean. It's better to be in a exciting relationship that may be a bit unstable at times, but if you both work on communication and feeling exposure then it would play out swell. Then the other is a lot more stable relationship, but it can be a bit boring at times. Things can feel way out of wack when things are way too normal and boring. But, at least it's stable. I'd think I'd take the emotional excitement any day. It's not that I don't value stability. It's just that I like to feel more needed and useful in a relationship. And besides, I think if things were too normal for me and my girlfriend honestly didn't run up to me and kiss me or made a dramatic intro I think I woulda went insane by now. Like my mom and dad who is a Libra and Gemini. That ended TERRIBLY!!!!

If i had to choose between marrying the two i will choose a scorpio because i know his love for me is deep, intense and passionate. I don't know if any guy can offer such intensity. I secretly hate it because i can't seem to let go and move on but i am also addicted to it. I crave the same attention and love i received. I know he loved everything about me from top to bottom..clean and dirty he wanted it all... that was not something i could forget in a month or two..it will take a long time....
To me, if he gives me that ring that's stable enough for me..apart from the cold treatment here and there...we connect on a very deep level ..it could be a tau+scorpion thing . i never dated any other water signs. There was no deep connection with other earth signs. i could walk away from it very easily.. so if you are after protection and want to secure your heart then date an earth.. if you want to take a risk and explore your heart to the fullest then date a water sign... its totally up to you.. smile

You have similar placements as Uma Thurman, well sort of, she has gemini mars. But she also has Gem Venus, and she's married to an Aquarius man (He's bloody rich too) So.....he keeps her happy.

Taurus are not as emotional as water signs imho, but they are sensitive and if they like you they are VERY thoughtful and do all things with purpose, which can end up getting under your skin just as deep, if not deeper, overtime. That sensitivity works to their advantage in the pursuit. They are just not limited to stability trust me, so dont think a relationship with one will be any less taxing on your emotions. You will "feel" with them in a different way...a way possibly closer to your heart if you find the right one..
Scorpios, just hit those emotions instantly. Im a bit afraid of the guys honestly, and I dont see how you can take your mind off of the thought of xes around them.

Ehhhhh The only Earth sign I have been with was Virgo. It seems I attract Virgo women furiously. They tend to always think I'm mr. perfect, which I don't agree with because it seems a bit shallow. Unless you count April 20th as being a Taurus, then I have only been with Virgos. Women who usually ask me out it is a bit unattractive. So if a Virgo women asked me out or any women in general I would say no. I prefer to be the chaser and be the bold one.

To Leostrong: Exactly. Hit the nail on the head. It's best just to not chase after the guy, but at least give him some hints that you do like them. And, for playing hard to get- Yeah that comes off on me as uninterested and a manipulative person to some extent. It's best to be mature and at least tell them that you are interested in them, but let the opposite( or same) sex take the initiative for a date or anything else. But don't play hard to get because it will be a waste of time and a waste of money, as well as a waste of emotion.

To Leostrong: Ehhhhhhhh..... people these days are just very complicated and they do tend to wear a mask to hide their true emotions. It's a mask of manipulation, and two faced lies that you would almost expect from a Gemini. But hopefully people can learn to be more open with their feelings instead of leaving them in a tight bundle. Of course I can be a bit emotionless and hide my feelings away some times. But when it comes to love I just tell the woman I like how I really feel about her when it is that time to tell. What goes through my mind though is- when is the right time to tell them if I can feel the emotional connection there. But hey, at least I don't play hard to get right.
