To all you caps who work a lot which I suspect would be 98% . What role do you Bc expect your boyfriend or girlfriend to play during your busy season or weeks?? Im use to a lot of attention but he has stated he is working 12 hours a day right now. So im being patient not fussing and being understanding. He makes sure to text or call to say hey and see how my day is going but that is it. Im not seeing him very often and sometimes when he texts i respond bk and he doesn't. What do you all expect at a time like this?? Will he appreciate and remember my patience? ?
Hey,
The Capricorn I used to date was workaholic also. He slept 4 to 5 hours per day... and always said he will rest when he will be 64 yrs.old, until then, no rest. I was always supportive and did things for him to make him relax.
I think cappies definitely do not like pressure. Be patient as your now, and once you get to see him, make him enjoy the time being with you. Do your things for now. School or work whatever it is. smile
I'm currently working two jobs and going to school so I have a life thanks. As for the ladies no I'm not pouting or anything it's just I have a habit of wanting attention when I want it but I am learning. The more i give the more he does too so we are learning together. I just guess i wanted some reassurance.

You just need to get a life.

lol. Comes off as mean, but really, just find something else to occupy your time.
My Gem ex used to complain that I didn't text/email him enough during the day, and I honestly am busy at work and don't have time to do that, nor did I really have anything to say most of the time.
You say he is checking in to see how your day is going, so that is good, I think that is what you can expect. We are not the type to have whole conversations via text.
Not too much, mmm.
We text good morning.
I text him at lunch hello.
I text him when I get home from work.
He texts me when he leaves work or gets home.
If I don't see him at night, we talk on the phone. Used to be for upwards of 2-4 hours, now only 15 mins to a half hour, I see him 3-4 times a week. We both need our space. We are not big talkers on the phone, we save it for when we see each other.

Where is your mercury?
Mine is in Cap.
CHECKING TO SEE HOW YOUR DAY IS GOING
ANSWER: IT WOULD GO A LOT EASER IF YOU WOULD STOP E MAILING TEXTING ME
LITTLE THINGS LIKE THIS PUTS THE RIGHT SLANT ON A RELATIONSHIP.
Mr. Tate is a Merc in Cap too. lol.
Well, I do enjoy sending texts back and forth, but both with e-mail and facebook messages I tend to forget to respond until it's too late.
I do read them and decide to write a heartfelt response later and then I completely forget about it. Work, busy life and all that. I still have messages on facebook and in my phone from over 2 weeks ago that I still have to respond to.
Even this one e-mail from 5 months ago...
*goes off to hide in shame*
JamesTate and MsMarilynManson made some good points about being able to walk away from a text. I think I prefer text to phone calls because you can walk away and continue a conversation later. There has to be some balance in communication. My work is important to me, but I don't think I'm a workaholic or that I work to escape. "Metoo" yes, I prefer text to phone these days smile Sometimes, it's nice to get a text at work. And other times, I would prefer to focus on what I'm doing.
A phone call? No, please don't call. That makes me feel like I'm at work. So many phone calls. It is helpful to find a distraction when waiting for someone to return a text...
