people deleting due to need to exercise? is it hard to keep account here while going to the gym/fitness?
hmmm yeah it is huh?

I was only half serious. For me I'm not learning or getting anything from here anymore. There seems to be a group that just wants to circle jerk in every thread. I'm over it.

Lisa hope there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Fascinating the CANCER BOARD is the only BOARD who can discuss a KISS inside out. We really do love it, to me it's like breathing, with the right person.

thanks.

Well heard tonight it's radiation AND operation.

We will see next week. The rest of the week is more rest.

Sometimes, European doctors just aren't so great. Some are. But some just disappoint me. /end rant.

....I??ve been able to delay ??IT?? for about 2 and a half weeks... going out with friends, reading, meditating, exercising, meeting new friends. Yet... The weight of it all is beggining to grow and grow... I feel my heart getting heavy, my anger becoming focused and pure... Every action I see that is infected with insecurity, weakness, and malice makes me clench my fist and grit my teeth... *sigh* One more day.... I can make it ... one more day....

confession:

well father in law looks like he's getting chemo, they're hoping (the doctors) that chemo would be better than operation. I hope and pray that is going to work better, because operation is just opening up more holes. still, the not eating solid foods is still necessary (cleaning out the system) and his long stay in the hospital.

Hope all goes well with that.🙂

Is it radiation, surgery, and chemo then? Sorry to hear about this Lisa. One of my friends had a baby in the UK and ended up with a nasty infection. They say socialized medicine brings down the overall quality of care. However, in this particular case she was quite obese to start, had a c-section that was closed with dermabond and perhaps the infection came from her own skin and hygiene. My mom and I were talking about it when it happened and our points were:
1) if you're going to have a baby get in shape, not get fat
2) why didn't they close with stitches? Why why use dermabond to close the wound of a morbidly obese women. Just why?
I know TMI. Very morbid.
All the best to f-i-l

Hmm you understand how it is, about socialized medicine in Europe. That's horrible about your friend who in the UK. Sometimes, it's not something people can control (pregnancy and obesity) Yes, there are accidents in pregnancies - it happens. And even if they got pregnant, they cannot help it if their health is not on par with the usual standards that people would like.

I am recalling back to this film:

I'm so sorry 😢 That was a particularly nasty story. I shouldn't have told that in public. Apparently, I've been carrying it around for years, and this is a Confessional.

Yes, Lisa. Sometimes, the morbidly obese get pregnant and it's not their fault. I shouldn't be so nasty. My friend was terribly addicted to sugar and has bad knees 😢 Expresses sympathy.

Perhaps, it does give me an understanding of socialized medicine.

I do wish your f-i-l the best. Vent away and we will do our best to support you during this stressful time.

hey you shouldn't feel sorry about putting that out there. I dont know you, i am just reading what you wrote down, so i just got it from that. that is awful about her having those disabilities. Hopefully she can get some medical help for her knees and find a physical therapy doctor to help with exercise.
thanks. And it's nice you opened up about your friend in the UK, other people might benefit learning from that too, as they might also be going through the same problem.
