Where are you running? Dirt is easiest on body parts.. concrete you should never do. Asphalt is more forgiving.
Posted by Capricorn91Stretch before after you're done on the treadmill, drink lots of water, drink pickled juice (every now and then), take your fish oil, flavonoid, and vitamin B-12.
How do you take care of them? I have been running for a few days now and my knees are aching a bit these days after I run for long. I can't stop running but the knee pain makes it difficult to sustain the run for long.
