I went through some of the previous threads and was searching for a topic on this question I wanted to ask but didn't see one. Someone mentioned "Capricorns seem to go through life harder than most and get a lot of B--S*it thrown their way". My question is: Do You Believe in Fate? not Faith but FATE. To elaborate more, sometimes I wonder if it is fate when things happen or if I have been cursed by God for something I did. It has been my experience that I am often dealt with some hard blows, even though I manage to come out from them, I still wonder why it seems that other signs don't exeperience such fate. A friend of mine who is an Aries even commented once that all the Capricorns she's acquainted with seem tof ace more hardships than the average person.

2nd part: Do you believe in Angels?

Someone mentioned "Capricorns seem to go through life harder than most and get a lot of B--S*it thrown their way".

I've seen the scars of Caps and I'd venture to say this is true to some extend. But getting them to admit their pain is something else. They seem to shrug off their pain & hurt and just carry on as if nothing happened. But Caps, like all signs, are only humans. They do occasionally crack and reveal just how much they are hurting. Most people are shocked & don't quite know how to help the normally cool & calm Caps. But after a little research, I began to understand the "Capricorns seem to go through life harder than most and get a lot of B--S*it thrown their way" - part. Here's one reason why I believe Caps have it worst than most (taken from a thread called Capricorn Men are Cold):

"Capricorn men are cold because their ruling planet is Saturn. Every sign of the zodiac is associated with a planet (or two), but none is as unfortunate as Capricorn. Cap lives under the thumb of the strictest, harshest, most judging and punishing god in the solar system. Until Uranus was discovered, Saturn was thought to be the outermost planet in the solar system, the boundary-maker. He rules limitations, concrete reality, tests and trials, all the hard work we must do to manifest anything in life. Saturn is slow — he brings on delays, forces us to patiently slog through tedious tasks to achieve our desired outcome.

But Saturn is not all bad. He rewards hard work with material success; suffering with wisdom. He's still the strict father, however. Saturn will give you what's coming to you — good or bad.

You won't get warmth from a Capricorn man, but his steadiness and sense of duty betray his affection towards you.

No I don't believe it. Inretrospect some people go through hard times yes, but in my expereince it has nothing do to with which sign you belong to. I think Capricorns tend to view themselves as the victims of some cosmic plan. That's BS. We are natural born fatalist, and that begets our real problem. We are born weak and shy, so people walk all over us. We grow up with baggage that usually runs into our social life at home or at work. There are many succesful Caps out there. Once we outgrow our capricious nature, then we become very successful in our on right. It's all about mental maturity and strength.

Every sign becomes less like its sign as it gets older. That is why astrology only favors the young, and not the old.

lol, isn't that the truth. I remember last year, I actually began to wonder why things seem to be more of a challenge for me and rather easy for other people. However, things go in spurts for me -- at some points, I can have the best luck and at other points I feel as if there's a target on my back haha.

As a cap, I think we are more in tune with whats going on and we are quick to take the burden on our backs. I think once we adapt, "let the chips fall where they may" outlook, we will be okay. Its just hard because we really really really really really want things to go well.

Sometimes we just try to hard and we pay for it afterwards.

Cappysweetie, you are so on point, yes we REALLY want things to go well. I swear I thought I was cursed or being punished with some bad karma. I mean it just seems like a monkey is on my back and he won't get off. So I know what u mean about the target on your back. But I think it will be hard to take the attitude of letting the chips fall where they may.

Oh yeah, its so hard for us to just say, "whatever" to something important. Something that doesn't matter, sure we can walk away -- but when there are other parameters, its really hard for us to pull out the 'nonchalant' card. We are the type that want to keep the chips off the floor not let them just lay there. Yes, this can really hurt us if we spend too much time 'picking up the chips'. I think once we learn how to leave some of the chips on the floor for others to pick up, we'll be alot better.
