Do you consider yourself a work-a-holic?

I see that word being thrown around a lot.

What do you think it means to be a work-a-holic?
Are you one?

I love my job and I do love to work.
I put in a lot of extra hours whenever I can, because I really need the money right now.

I don't think of myself as a work-a-holic, though. I don't live to work. I'd much rather be out doing something fun. That being said, even if I was a millionaire I bet I would still work, I couldn't just sit around all day.

No love life so I might as well get paid lol

I GET UP AT 5 IN THE MORNING WHEN I AM AT HOME. ITS A SMALL FARM SO THERE ARE THINGS THAT MUST BE DONE. I WORK TILL ABOUT 8 AM COME IN EAT A BIT DRINK SOME TEA OR COFFEE. BACK AT IT AROUND HALF 8. COME IN AROUND 2 BACK OUT AROUND HALF 2 STOP WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN OR WHEN ITS TO DARK TO SEE. I ALSO DRIVE A LORRY SO SOMETIMES I HAVE TO DRIVE BY THE RULES OF THE COUNTRY I AM IN.BUT I DO HIT THE PUB MOST NIGHTS PLAY DARTS OR POOL. AND SEE A FEMALE FRIEND NOW AND THEN SO TRY TO BE IN BED BY 12 AT NIGHT. AM I A WORK A HALL?

My life is very well balanced. Some weeks are better than others. In a month here though... I will be working twice as much. And then playing twice as hard.

A work addict... Works ot a lot, prefers it over fun, and doesnt balance time off with activity.

Absolutely not.

I work alot because I like what I do but also because it has to be done, and I do alot of extra hours without being payed for that. So I think I am not a work-a-holic but other people may think so.

Dang, spoke too soon. Opportunity came up which might put me at 7 days a week. *sigh*

not a cap sun but hell yeah when it's a job I loveeee! even if it's not what i love, i get into it, and i'm not thinking of the money i'm gonna earn while the clock ticks. The smart thing is to find a skill one loves, and then be in that job and work at it. While working you don't feel anything but the joy of work and work isn't terrible. Many people in this life hate their jobs and can't wait to get home and drink a couple of beers to unwind. Some people have jobs they love and feel happy and content in and they don't have to worry anymore or feel grumpy. Unfortunately there's jobs where you will confront with co-workers who will make you angry and hurt and upset. That's inevitable.

Uh, I work two jobs, one full time one part time, 6 days a week. Thursday off lol.
capricorns love work, its like our second home. We love jobs where we fit in, and its where we go to kick ass and also hang back. Not uncommon to make friends with everyone, ( well my libra rising might have something to do with this )
Also i have a lillith in virgo, which makes me an ADDED WORK A HOLIC.....

When Im working alone, or on break. I spend most of the time thinking about sex, or texting women about sex, haha.
But then again I work 6 days a week.

I'm doing work right now, so I guess that's an affirmative.

I used to be then realized it was just a distraction from my true misery. Now, I have a really good balance but still enjoy working hard.
