I'm glad to hear you are not a singer because I kind of cringed on Not my Business lol.
As far as "All About Respect" I somewhat liked the music, but I couldn't hear what you were saying plus it seems you were rapping too fast, and rapping to the song playing in the background confused things even more. Maybe if there is a way for you to make it to where you can hear the words it will be better, or at-least post the lyrics on the youtube page.
On another board I visit, there was a guy who was in school to be a photographer and he'd always come on asking how his pictures looked. That was about 3-4yrs ago. Fast-forward to now, and he owns his own studio and works with all type of celebs. If you can take a bit of criticism and keep working + if this is really your passion then you'll get there.

I live in Alabama , and I was just shooting different clips and the official video will be better it was done on a cellphone but thanks there will be a better one soon and thanks for the advice on my video and plz feel free to tell me what could be better
