Can you guys tell me about this guys personality based on his birth chart.The things I know about him are that he's aloof,cold,selfish,controlling,very funny,shy,insecure.is he any of those things judging by his chart?

I do know the venus cap will be a little cold and nonemotional, very cautious. But once they trust and love they are all in it with no games and you will know where you stand.

Doesn't sound very nice. Capricorns are the opposite of selfish in my experience. They may seem aloof though probably because they are busy trying to calculate how much interest they earned on their checking account last week.

This guy sounds like he might hit you or something.
