help with a Capricorn man

I need your help guys I am new here in this site and I've been reading all of the stuffs here and I can tell you guys can really help me.
I've been dealing with this cap for almost 4 months now. Like the other girls posted here the beginning was so great. When we were still friends he goes out of his way to talk to me. He shows ur whenever I'm around. He always talks to me and initiated everything until such time he has the courage to ask Me out. In 3 months we go out for 12 times, we would text everyday. He even spent his Christmas with me and the next day he took a leave to be with me and he is very dedicated in his job. By the way we worked on the same office together. I just noticed every time we get too close he pulled away. He said I am important to him but he ignore me sometimes especially if he is tired or have another things to get done. I also noticed he seems to ignore me when I told him I love you. He didn't respond and said it is too soon for a person to say those words. and when I asked him on the first month where do I stand he said i am his friend. Now I don't have the courage to ask but he told me before he really really likes me. What will I do please I am totally torn and confused and hurt. Thank u so much guys

If he has been on 12 dates with you over the past few months and spent Xmas with you, then he really likes you. He just wants to move slow. you have to listen to what ppl tell you and take it for face value. There's no need to try to read in between the lines. You have all the necessary information there to make a decision about the relationship. Ask yourself, can you accept this pace? Did you communicate to him that you wanted a committed or serious relationship when you first met him? Are the two of you sexually intimate?

Try not to push him. Most capricorn men, don't like to be rushed or coerced into doing something that they don't want to do. We move at our own pace. If you like him, you have to accept that about him and not nag him about it at the same time.

If someone told me they loved me after only 3 months, I would run like hell.

Its too fast and rings false. I would question your judgement, thinking you didnt know the difference between love and Infatuation. Id think you dont even know me yet, how can you love me? Plus you had the where-do-we-stand talk at one month. Too soon. That should have been discussed at the 3 month mark. One month they are still deciding what they like and dont like and are just not sure.

Slow down. Get to know him. Time is on our side.

Thank you guys you are awesome. I know this guy is worth the wait so I am willing to be patient and slow things down. I acted that way because that's what I feel and I dont know anything about Capricorn because I never dated one before but I am more than willing to wait. Now that I am learning I know how to handle my self and have a self control. but for a capy, is it possible for a like to develop in to love over time? Say, if I will be patient and not pushed him too hard?

He still talks to me and text everyday. Yes at the beginning I already told him I want a serious relationship , no games. I asked him before why he doesn't have gf then he answered because he is looking for the best. I said there is no best girl lol. He said he thinks I am and my face went blank. I am sure he really really likes me before and I blame my self I killed the attraction by moving so fast. Sigh....is there any hope cappies?😢

No, don't mention it. I was with someone 18 years who cheated. If someone I just started dating told me that I wouldn't like it. I would think he was either a doormat, after something, too good to be true, weak, desperate or something in that area. Weird and it would freak me out.

Thank you truecap. Capricorn are really hard to deal with but I know I will learn a lot of lessons along the way. He may not be the one for me but at least I tried. I may have tried so much
and done too much but at least I am close to finding Love than most of the people who are afraid of trying. They said life is too short to not do things we might regret later on. Thanks guys you are all awesome.

Just remember, the most important thing about a capricorn is work. We apply it to all areas of our lives. It's not only career, we like to work for and earn what we have. We only appreciate things if we feel like we've earned it. That includes relationships. Things that come too easy are a turn off for us. I'm not saying you should play a game like hard to get or anything like that - we can sniff out a game faster than you can say uncle. But, make him put out efforts and do some of the work in the relationship. Plus, a cap man wants control, so let him make all the plans and initiate contact. It's okay to do so occasionally and let him know you're interested, but he should be doing the majority of the work.

The cap guys might disagree with me, but deep down, they know I'm right.

Truecap and the others who posted here you are all very sweet and helpful. Slowly I am beginning to understand capricorns. I noticed my capy If he has something on his mind he will only focus on it like buying another car etc. I didn't initiate text or call and just yesterday I received 5 missed calls and 3 text. I just need to be so patient and understanding.

When I have something on my mind, I'm thinking of all the angles and pros and consequences of each angle, constantly mulling something around in my head until I make a decision or develop a plan of action. I think most of us are like this.

If you're feeling ignored or bothered, I don't think he would mind you mentioning it to him in a non-confrontational, nice manner or even in a joking way. He probably doesn't realize he's making you feel like this.

He is like this. He told me he is thinking if he wants to buy that car or not, I made comments about it and he appreciates it. Maybe I will confront him but not this time that he hasn't made his decision yet about buying it. I think cap guys just needs their partners to be patient and understanding. I'm right, right? Lols.

Why instead of telling it straight to my face or even to a text that he doesn't want me anymore, he ignores me. As a Taurus I just want him to be honest because I am. Truth hurts I know but getting hurt because of the truth is way better than a silent treatment and leaving me hanging wondering what went wrong? 😢

I would understand. I am capable of understanding everything I mean EVERYTHING, why can't be honest? It is very easy to be honest I know there is no easy way to break somebody's heart, but ALL I'm asking is honesty. Truecap, I am not angry at him because I know he doesn't intend to hurt anyone. I am so hurt! I don't know how to approach him or make him tell me I never act crazy or confront him but I'm afraid I'm losing it. You're being a bit neurotic about this situation. I could understand your frustration. It's often like this with 'Earth & Earth' pairings. The transition is extremely slow. I learned this, and accepted it, the rewards are well worth it in the end!

As a Taurus, you never dated anyone who moved a little slower than you did. Most men, I'm sure, were direct, forward, and quite persistent in pursuing you. With this Cappy, you're not sure what to make of this. There is very little communication, just subtle signs of interest, but no conversations of exclusivity.

Were super close before. Every weekends he will go out with me, we will go to his house. Yeah there's no exclusivity but I know when a person changed. Before he is bombarding my phone with texts and calls, now he won't even answer my calls. He reads my message just a simple how are you doing and no reply. It is verrry strange. Its never like this before. I just want a person to be honest with me or told me its over I would accept it. I have no problem with it but why a Capricorn man will not say it straight to a girls face? 😢

Fear. Fear you will get emotional. I have to admit when I was young, I would fade out, then just disappear on someone and hope they got the hint. I know, very immature. I have a hard time hurting people, so I just avoided the situation all together. Yes, I know, coward behavior.

IMO, Capricorn men are very analytical about everything and lean towards the pessimistic side of thinking usually. They might see that as realistic and practical. One the good side it helps them avoid trouble, on the bad side, they are often alone/lonely because of this.

At this point, I would say leave him alone as excruciating as that might be, show that you're living your life well without him.

I know his behaviour is annoying and hurtful. He's probably not trying to be if that's any consolation.

Think very carefully if you want to be in a relationship with someone like this. They are not that hard to figure out, probably the most important thing is to go slowly with them in the beginning. Even if it's really passionate, and he's chasing you all the time.

In my experience, Cap men either want a girl who happily let's him initiate everything, in a doormat way. OR a girl who is so much higher in status to him that he won't challenge.

I'll share some insight from what I've learned with my Capricorn "friend":

- When he's mad or I am mad, he goes silent. He seems to instinctively know to shut up in the moment and has said that anything said at that time would seem "final".

- He usually waits about 1 day to engage again.

- When he's happy he talks and texts everyday.

- He has trouble with confrontation and expressing deep emotions.

- Is afraid of rejection.

- Doesn't want anything to come too easily, maybe doesn't believe it.

Thanks guys I love reading all your response. I admit, I am always available because I am afraid he will loose interest if I resist. Nah. Very wrong. I messaged him saying sorry for hurting him or if I said something that could hurt him, he replied "its ok". I never message him again and that's 2 days since. I may not end up with a happily ever after with this guy but I am happy to say I've learned soo much. Capricorns have a soft heart . It'S Like a velvet covered in a steel. Lol

So tonight we had our company party. The capy was drunk and he bombarded my phone with a lot of you are so beautiful texts. And for the first time he texted I love you. Lols. Maybe he was just carried away because I wore my super hot dress.
