for the past few days i have felt an overwhelming sadness, and something else. the sadness i attributed to the school killins and the harming of children anywhere. the something else is harder to pinpoint. it's given me the shakes on a deep level of my psyche. when this happens, and occasionally it does, i try to remember to pray. to raise some light in myself, and strength, and try to send comfort and love to the source of where this is originating from.. tonight, i did try to get distracted with my teens last home volleyball game, to be connected to pleasure and that fountain of youthful energy. not long after i returned home however i was so completely drained that i fell into a deep sleep. I never just fall asleep like that, never! so all i got now is, "to whom, and where it concerns, may you be divinely protected and comforted". Love, T.

Hey tripod,
I tend to feel very deeply for certain situations too. So you are not alone. There have been many occasions where I?ve weeped because of certain things that have happen. I try not to let things get to me like that but it?s really hard ? I guess I just can?t stand to see or hear about people suffering unnecessarily. We have hard times but there is a huge difference.
You will be fine, being sensitive to certain situations makes you a very caring person and the world needs more people like you. I wish you the best.
