.......Recently I've started speaking with my ex.. I realize she's come to be a reoccurring person in my life. She's a Capricorn... (hence the reason why I'm here, asking for advice). Our relationship had ended some odd years ago, but fortunately on understanding terms, and we remained friends. Lately, we've been hanging with each other more frequently, and I feel like it is starting to awake some old feelings within her. However, thats not the issue. We can discuss anything under the sun... via instant message, or phone.... but face to face... she seems mentally restless, almost nervous. She starts to talk a lot, make weird jokes, and act silly. I want to tell her to relax a little, and that she doesn't have to jump through these hoops... I spoke to my cousin about it, and she threw the warning sign up, saying ,"Go easy on her Phill... I know how you are! You tend to come across as rude, and cold sometimes". ... I'm working on that with great success by the way.
So how can I tactfully settle this cap gals nerves, without shooting her down to the polar opposite of her anxious excitement?
Don't know if it will help the advisory process, but, I'm an Aquarius.

Now that you've said what you said, I realized I probably would've done the exact opposite, by really putting her under the magnifying glass, if you catch my drift. I'll keep that in the mental roledex for future references. She's a real sweat girl, and can be a bit reserved at times. I probably was unconsciously intimidating her on some level.

Phil, he sounds intense. facial expression and body language plays a large part...he should smile.
