Ok so you're the one I wrote to earlier.
Ya, she's sorry. She just doesn't want any drama amd wamts to stay cool. She may not reach out anymore but she didn't want to leave any bad feelings behind...or she still wants to remain friends.

It means they know they did wrong.
You can't be a keeper in an open relationship though. I think it just means She knows she did wrong and regrets it. I could be wrong but that is my take.

You should define if you're a keeper, and if they are. I think someone cares to some extent if they apologize. I've also heard it's rare that they apologize, but mine just came back, apologize, said he loved me, and asked for our relationship back. ....So, yea. In fact, I'm gonna make a thread on that cause it was so discouraging coming on here hearing that they never come back etc.

I never apologize.
I learn from mistakes and move on.

If I apologize, I mean it sincerely. Especially if it's after the fact and I analyzed what happened and realized I was wrong or crossed the line.
