What is a Venus in pisces guy like?

What would Capricorn Sun, Cancer Moon, Venus & Mars in Pisces guy be like?

My Cap FWB has Cap Sun, and Pisces Venus.

With the opposite sex he is dramatic, impulsive, over the top, romantic, passionate, generous, intense, and sensitive to words and actions. He daydreams a lot about the woman he's in love with and thinks about their future together. He will make time and plans for that person, and everything seems to have meaning.

It's easy to be swept off your feet by a guy with Pisces Venus IMO because it's like being with Romeo haha. However, I would advise you to be careful because they could be like that with everyone because that's their nature.

I think they way to tell if they are serious is time and commitment.

With your Cap's placements in Cancer and Venus, I would say he's extra sensitive, and maybe a bit laid back and passive?
