When dealing with a cappy, ALWAYS keep yourself busy! Look after yourself, put yourself first! No1 its good for you and no2 it will keep him interested. (cappys like to know you have other stuff going on in your life outside of them) Also Cappys dont generally operate like most other guys, they are not verbal and when they are you can sometimes have to decode it. They have ways of sayin "sorry" or "ive missed you"
Just get on with life and focus on other things 🙂

Maybe you have been calling him to much and he think your needy! You should stop calling him for a while. Stop pursuing him and he will reach back out to you eventually. You need to show a lot of patience with this type of man. From the way he’s acting you can’t seem to figure him out right? but don’t even try! He will act like a brick wall at times. He will have you stressing out wondering about how he feel about you. One minute you will feel he love you and the next you won’t understand what you did wrong. I went through a similar situation with my cap fwb. I use to panic just like you and that’s the wrong thing to do. Panicking will make you act needy. If you feel he really care about you 9 times out of 10 he do. You just need to play your cards right.
He could have a girlfriend and he’s just setting his boundaries up.
