Hi, could someone please have a look at the below charts and interpret them. Also, to see what is compatible and what's not.

At first glance, I see a lot of fixed energy, so perhaps a good deal of power struggles. Probably a decent intellectual compatibility. Also where you have air he has earth and vice versa, which can make it difficult to intuitively understand each other's basic approach to things.
There is likely attraction based on differences. This can mean that you help each other grow, but long-term could be draining. Or it could mean that when it comes to core personalities, you are so different that you move past each other instead of moving together.
But any relationship can work if both people are equally invested. The synastry between me and my SO is terrible but we've been together forever. That doesn't mean we are terribly happy, but we work well enough together and love each other enough to stick it out...it could be till we die, or till one of us just gives up.

We have actually been together for some time but I just wanted to find out what works and what doesn't.
He doesn't really communicate that well - instead he keeps issues to himself. I wanted to improve this.
