My Jupiter and Neptune, both Retrograde

As I have those two planets rulers of my 6th house (traditional and modern) I was thinking that my health Will be better when both planets become direct. First was Neptune D 1996 and then Jupiter D, 1998. Nothing was better, except new diagnoses, which could be right. That means my health should be also better, but there is no right therapy, where I live.
Also my Uranus in 9th (ruler of 5th) and NN in 9th make me very unhappy here, where I am. My only happiness was in abroad from October 1969 till June 1976; both, health and love.

I feel like innocent person in the prison in last 11 years.
Other problem is that much younger men want to be with me, until they don't know my really age.
