Need help understanding the significance/lack of these placements please

If ones north and south nodes are the opposite to someone else's within 2 degrees. If ones midheaven is the opposite to someone else Taurus/Scorpio) is the midheaven naturally opposite if the nodes are? I'm an extreme novice at chart interpretation.. Blasé debate are opposite as well and in the 7th house, not sure if that's naturally occurring because of the nodes as well. Anyway there are also Mercury trine Mercury..Venus tribe venus.. And moon conjunct Pluto which Iv read can be rather intense.. Just wondering if there's anyone who does intuitive readings based on two charts.. Other placements include Mars tribe moon..Venus tribe moon..Mars tribe sun.. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
