There's nothing special about me, I make no mark on the world

Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to astrology and I got into it as a form of self discovery but I feel like I still don't know who I am or what's special about me. I thought learning to interpret my chart would help me find my purpose, strengths, and what I need to work on and overcome but it seems all negative and some stuff I am still not getting. I want to have a professional astrology reading when I get the money, but for now I thought I'd stop lurking and see if there is anything that stands out to you guys, wether it be positive or negative. It gets more confusing to me when I start reading about mutual reception, degrees, singletons etc.

I'm teasing you. I have a bunch of cap friends, they're probably as numerous as my gem friends. My ex friend is virgo, though. She's been carrying on an affair with my now ex husband for years. He's Taurus. I don't have earth in my chart, it's all water, then fire, then air, so I make jokes about earth signs having dirt in their chart. My brother and grandma are Taurus, and my other brother is virgo, and I have a friend I grew up with who is virgo, so there's plenty of good ones.

Ah, I get it. I was thinking that you being a triple cancer that you would get along with earth signs. As a double cancer I do 🙂

That bit about your ex Virgo friend carrying on an affair with your husband is interesting, there was a thread on another astrology forum about "mistress signs and aspects" and Virgo was mentioned heavily. I'm sorry that happened to you 😢

I do get along with earth signs, but they usually don't understand me a whole lot, but they do like and enjoy the nurturing aspects. I don't have any earth in my chart.

Interesting about Virgo being associated with mistress signs. I wonder why that is? They always come across as being goody two shoes.
