My personal description would be random event. Illogical thoughts, makes no sense.

Sort of like how a dice falls in a arbitrary way.

Hope that helps a little
But how is a person arbitrary

All humans are arbitrary, e.g. Falling in love makes zero sense but we do. I have no idea what makes people arbitrary but we just are.

We don't need to love someone in order to procreate, there's definitely primitive biology that dictates in us that they would be good genes to carrier to pass on the DNA but love is definitely not required.

Maybe someone else could help you out on that.

A *person* can be arbitrary, I guess, by making decisions based

on little more than a whim... like Starry said: capricious.

I wouldn't use it to describe a person, though.

I'd just call 'em flighty.
I am flighty so that makes sense

Really?

Who called you arbitrary?

Yea bad My boss but it was one of the descriptions on my personality test l
