To comb or arrange the hair of the opposite sex indicates a happy outcome of your current sex problems.
To dream of seeing yourself in a mirror is a warning of deceit among your friends, and to see others reflected in a mirror portends dishonesty in your associates.
Maybe your hair is a symbol of your virginty and sex life. The dream could of been your thoughts of sex and your frustations. After you had sex you dream of his standing side by side in the mirror. are you happily with this guy now? if not it was the warning of "deceit". or maybe later warning.
