Scary Rape Nightmare

I had a nightmare last night where I was raped by someone I know (not very well, though.) It was terrifying and violent, and seemed very real. And for some reason I waited a few days before reporting it. I don't remember the exact details, and it was a long nightmare with a lot going on in it, but at the end the guy was caught and arrested. I woke up really scared (and relieved that it was a dream, of course.)
Has anyone had a similar nightmare or does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
