I put ice on my mosquito bites. I call that a beauty secret cuz I have a wicked sensitivity to them and when I scratch they blow up. So ice stops the itch and the inflammation and keeps me from looking like the elephant man.

Eat bananas for cramps and stay away from caffeine during the red wave

Daily self affirmations not only boosts your confidence but in turn makes you feel oh soo good about yourself

Wear earth neutral colors during the day, more drastic at night

Apply small round band aids on areas of foot that you normally get blisters from prolong heel wear before you put the heels on to prevent it

Sleep helps promote beauty . If you have trouble sleeping at night, drink warm milk with a dash of nut meg to help you get sleepy

Diet soda and a box of cupcake mix makes fat free cupcakes

Awesome tips dimplez 🙂, and i just love your picture 🙂

Ive also read somewhere online that putting ice on your pimples helps to reduce the swelling and redness around it.

But sadly for me, warm milk and nutmeg doesnt help my sleeping habits. Putting my phone away does lol

If I can share something NOT to do;
so few months ago I got this crazy idea of "bee stung" lips, and having tried every lip plumper outthere with results that last no longer than 5 minutes, I got this BRILLIANT idea (yeah, right...) to google the recipee and make my own😄

Here is the story -disclaimer- DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!
- cinamon oil, peppermint oil, cayenne pepper and bees wax...seemingly innocent, healthy ingredients...sure, until I went overboard with cayenne pepper and burned my lips so bad that not only they looked "bee stung", but they looked like I've walked into a beehive and got bitten by 10,000 bees!! (yeah, yeah, you are welcome to have your little laugh at me now, lol). And to make it worse? I accidentally touched my eye with the cayenne pepper residue on my hand and screamed in pain and stinging:/
Most embarassing ascpet though? Having to work and go to school the next day..."your lips look so red and swollen, what happened??"...me:"oh nothing, I am having allergic reaction to uhmm something can't remember what it is".

Ugh, seriously, just make peace with whatever lips you have. Do not do this at home. I threw away my "lip balm" lab equipment, along with the ingredients.

Lol awwh delight im so sorry lol i cant tell.how many home remedies i hsve tried and only ended up damaging myself tooooo many to write down -_-"

Oh, you can wear it and it works beautifully. LUSH wouldn't be so popular if you couldn't.

You missed the point.

What's going on inside is probably more important than what you slather on on the outside. You can sit there and put all sorts of shit on your face, but if you aren't helping your body take care of itself, all that cancels out. You also have to fight off genetic things too. So what may work for some, won't work for others. And sometimes no matter what you do, your genes suck and will not cooperate with any concoction you can think of.

Science is an amazing thing. Trumps old wive's tales any day. 😉

Not to say that some of these things DON'T work, but some of these magazine reading chicas need to realize that there's far more to it than smearing oatmeal on your face and approaching it like a hippie. :p

Also, a tip on those mosquito bites mentioned above- rubbing alcohol. Helps with any itchy type of thing going on, really. Or if you want something less abrasive, try hand sanitizers. Same idea, but there's aloe to help from drying out the skin completely. Works way better than ice.

This is why i dont use any chemical products on my face.
I use to use products when i was in high school, and it burned my skin and dry it out.
I tried everything including nuetrogena, clearsil and they all
Worked for a while but left my skin dry and flaky. So now i use only organic products and clinique, philosophy, anything from the body shop, nature bounty. Ive very sensitivr skin, so i dont trust the chemical products they have on the marjets these days. Its ages you alot quicker.

Has anyone try mac and had any.good results after months of using it ? Because i use to.wear it and i notice.after only two weeks, under nights became wrinkly and.dark, and so hollow and my skin was stiff and dry. I normal use my natural bounty vitamin e cream under all my makeup. Mac just doesnt agree with my skin, even a few of my gfs had to stop wearing their brand, they put so much chemical in their products, it makes your skin look alot older than your suppose even after you wash it off.

shaving legs with hair conditioner. they feel and smell awesome afterwards. i use suave or VO5 from the dollar store.

i prefer gummy vitamins

jogging causes saggy breasts if your not wearing the right tip while exercising.

saltwater can be therapeutic for the skin

carrots are a natural way to get a bowel movement if your not regular

switch your hair conditioner every so often. your folicals get used to it the same brand and it becomes ineffective

epson salt in a foot tub after heels and dancing

Delight its definitely hormones, and sometimes a early sign of premenopause.
But i doubt it, its mostly caused by hormones and stress. And you might be using.a little too much chemical on your skin.
These drug store claim miracle in a bottle ages your so quickly. Try drinking more green and herbal tea, i drink at least 4 cups a day, it keeps your inside clean.and out appearance clear and youthful looking.

And i Recommend st. Ives and queen hansen facial mask and Exfoliating scrubs

2 table spoons in water or plain of black strap molasses for iron deficiency or animia. Also if your just tired and need a boost.

Apple cider vinegar baths for balacing your ph or to feel tightened and refreshed down there.

only washing your hair with condidtionrs as in (no poo), if you have build up you can wash it lemon juice or a sulfate free shampoo once a month.

For soft feet right after your shower remove dead skin with pumice and apply shea butter, vaseline, or cococa butter liberally and wear socks overnight. this can work for your hands as well.

For a deep deep conditoner. Add coconut oil, jojoba, grapeseed, or avocado...or whatever oils you would prefer to your already deep conditioner. Wash out in the morning.

If your on period and having stomach issues ( cramps and or nausea) boil fresh cut ginger in your water and drink. Add ginger before boiling. drink up

ok heres my beauty tips....

selenium sulfide shampoo as a face wash its actually an antifungal dandruff shampoo but its amazing for the face and really reccomend for nose makes blackheads vanish pores shrink and your nose goes shiny like kids

nizoral as a body wash which is another anti fungal shampoo... I know u all think that i'm a "fun guy" but its true your body will feel as silky as mine...people lick me, im that smooth...

coconut oil......now I love this shit in fiji they bottle this and its yellow but in australia its white so its super processed im thinking....but my tan has never been so rich and golden then when i was in fiji....i also like to use rose or orange blossom water with it and put it in a little jar or bottle so it smells nice...you can also put rose water in a spray bottle...as a spritzer lol so gay

beach for hair.....need I say more? oh and lemon juice to make your hair lighter

also I cant stand seeing chicks with obviously drawn eyebrows on....or they choose a colour thats too dark...can I just say right here and now that eyebrow pencils are stupid go get an angled brush and a colour pallet and hey presto....perfectly framed windows to your soul..

eyelash curlers.....its so easy and makes a huge difference when u want to open your eyes up....even for guys I love guys with long lashes....also using ur hairdryer to heat the curlers is very effective.....BUT.....be very careful because it does not take much for them to over heat so id only heat them at a distance of 30cm because trust me they will fucking burn and it will fucking hurt....you will cry your makeup off if u burn your eyelid....

a good exfoliating loofah......i prefer to use the sea sponge ones on my legs they are more heavy duty hahah

also cold green tea bags on puffy eyes and yes hemmaroid cream does for me i used to be addicted to it.....i dont know if its the shine it makes under your eyes that reflects light off the dark circles or not?

lastly....coffee grounds like if your a barista or u like to grind your coffee keep the coffee grounds put them in a silk cloth as a sponge or use them like an exfoliant because the oil in coffee can reduce stretch marks also i heard popping an omega oil capsule on a scar will make it fade quicker in the sun like bio oil

🙂
