Office Lunches and healthy snacks for a taurus

I work 12 hour days, so I actually bring 2 lunches. I have coffee and something light for breakfast (usually an egg dish, omelettes or fried eggs) then have lunches made from home and have some sort of fruit as a snack, mostly apples or bananas and peanut butter, then I eat again around 6pm before I get off work.

If I don't do this I end up starving and stopping at a fast food place. I'm trying not to eat fast food anymore.

I have a nice big refrigerator at my job.

I usually stock up on :

Greek yogurt.

Granola to add to it for taste and crunch.(breakfast @10:30am)

Avocados

Slices turkey and wraps, so I can make Sammie's.

(Lunch at 12:30)

I have tea and coffee around 2pm.

Other munchies include:

Crackers (wheat thins or rice crackers)

Mixed nuts

Oatmeal (also good for breakfast)

Protein bars.

On Thursdays I splurge and get Starbucks.

Usually a pastry and latte of sorts.

Also avoid sodas and soft drinks.

.they are poison. Even diet soda.

I stock up on a lotttt of good water.

Fiji, easentia, islandic...
