Hey oh! So a few weeks ago I made homemade noodles for soup and now I have my eyes on homemade ravioli!
I'm just wondering what filling would be good. I think I'll enjoy keeping a simple, basic dough/ravioli and switching up the filling and sauce once I get it down.. so that's what I'm asking for..
Favorite ravioli filling/sauces plz n thx!?
FYI - allergic to seafood/shellfish so none of that ish up in here, at least for me.. post if ya want for others tho.

Add zuccini or squash to one of the mixes. I never tried it on ravioli but im sure it will be delicious. Just make sure to drain it a bit after cooking cause it releases lot of water

always love the classics like spinach and ricotta, bacon and cheese, basil pesto and cheese, tomato and cheese, mushroom and ham and cheese!

I've always like it with spinach and cheese with pesto(the green stuff) for the topping.
I always called it "green ravioli" since I was a kid but I believe that's what it was basicly made of.
