Testicles

Has anybody on here ever eaten bull's testicles/ram's testicles/etc? If so what are they like? Do they have a strong taste? Are they tough? I have always been interested in Mongolia and a while ago I watched a TV programme over here in the UK about a guy travelling in Mongolia and at one point in a nomad's tent he was served some soup made from ram's testicles: he was reluctant to try it and only took a small taste but in fact it might not be too bad. By the way, is a Prairie Oyster a bull's testicle? If so, how is it cooked?
