Well, I watched the first episode and loved some of the actors. Problem was that most of them died...which was why I didn't make it to episode two. No, I'm talking about the game here.🙂

I don't think I'd mind Lambert, Ciri, Vesemir or even someone like Letho or unknown (to me).

Although I would prefer Vesemir or Lambert ahead of Letho, I'm heartbroken over him since I lost him and that quest line in the update. Very disappointing. Don't know how to get him back. Before the update, you could make some choices in Vizima, that would decide some future events, and at one time, I wanted to check what would change if I killed off Letho. And now I can't get him back again. Hmpf. But that's a side note. I'm sure whoever they chose will be good. And then there's The Witcher 1 to look forward to as well.🙂

Yes, I know it's not likely to reach the stores before 2025, but I can't help but to speculate about who the main character will be(among other things).
The main character is supposed to be a witcher and I know many think it's gonna be Ciri. However, a more interesting character, imo, would be Vesemir(...or possibly Lambert). This would take us back in time, and we may possibly even meet a younger Geralt. I would absolutely love that. Due to Ciri's relations and powers, I don't think the story would be as down to earth and 'real' as I would like it to be. Buuut, they may prove me wrong--they sure know how to write.
What would be your wish(es?) for The Witcher 4?
In terms of the game?
I'd like none of those characters. Let's focus on a School of the Cat Witcher or a School of the Bear Witcher.
Completely new time period with a different Witcher School. Maybe 200 years after Witcher 3?click to expand
It could potentially be cool to build your own school. Or run one. I'd like to see Geralt in vesemirs old position

The show is okay but Cavill does an excellent job as Geralt. I was skeptical when they first announced him but he is perfect for the part and then they had to screw it all up with him. I watched it basically to see live action Geralt...not so much for the story. I wasn't expecting much with the story since they always fuck up video games turned movies/shows.

Yeah I mighta gotten through the first season. It's always disappointing. They should keep it to Arcane style shows.

That’s interesting. Why not? Did you read the books? I didn’t, so l don’t know much more about those scools than what I encountered in the game, but it does sound interesting.

No, playing Ciri was one of the things I least liked about the game, tbh. And, like you say, she’s not a real witcher. I wouldn’t mind meeting her in the game, but playing her…nah, I’d prefer others before her.
