ADVICE NEEDED.....

I need help...I'm a Gemini and I'm a guy in love with a Pisces girl. I've never ever felt like this before with any girl. We don't talk but we do say hey to each other rarely. I want to start talking to her but I don't know how.
For some odd reason, they say that the Pisces can be hard to understand, but I completely didn't have a problem understanding her at all.
At first, she would stare at me when I'm not looking, bc I can see her looking at me in the corner of my eye. But when I glance back at her she turns her head away, acting like nuthing happened, I catched her looking at me once though.I'm realy clever. She wouldn't do it often though. Sometimes i would do the same thing rarely
Sometimes she would try to talk to me but I just freeze and just push her away I guess, when I don't mean it. I'm not desperate trust me, and she is not a stalker or nuthing like that, but I think she liked me at one point, I think she still does but it's hard to tell.
I won't say I'm a very talkative person but, I'm talkative. When she try's to small talk me, (trying to make a conversation)then I just don't know what to say, I freeze haha. I talk to girls dont get me wrong but like I said she's different then any other girl I met before.
