Why can't he have a relationship with you and be in business together? That's weird.

I am also a Gemini Sun, Sagittarius moon, and Leo Rising. I'm a Gemini Venus to boot, but I am female. I thought hard on this one. I thought why would I do something like this?The only thing that I came up with is that his logic finally caught up with his fantasy. You are his fantasy. You can't be real. If you are real, something eventually is going to destroy this fantasy. I know it sounds like torture. But if things are all the way up, can they stay all the way up forever? Gem and I have been friends for a very long time. Like 15+ years... I always knew there was interest, we just were never single at the same time. So nothing more than light and sometimes not so light flirting, which between a leo and gemini could be considered regular conversation lol... So just so happens, we both become single this spring. So we start dating. Very casually as neither one of us are trying to rush.
But then we sleep together. And start spending more time. And more. When we are spending time together he is very affectionate, touchy-feely and jokingly says things like he's gonna kidnap me out of the city so we can go live on a farm together. In the process of spending so much time I learned about some of his business ventures, which are things that I am versed in as well. So we start a business together. Business is less than a month old but already has 3 paying clients and seems to be an early success. Once the business became established and successful, all of the affection stopped. We talked about it and he said that I was too important to him and the business to allow sex to complicate things bc in his experience, sex always makes situations worse. But my whole thing is, we never would have established the business if we werent dating and sleeping together.
I dunno... He told me that as he got to know me more, I went from a cute sexy light skinned chick to a smart and mentally deep beautiful woman. And all of that is fine and dandy, but it seems like he's just tryna push me out of the lover category into the friend zone so he can still utilize me for the business. And that feels like rejection to this leo.
